Workshops and Events Payment & Cancellation Policy
Your cooperation and understanding of our cancellation policy is greatly appreciated. If you have booked a place and are unable to attend an event for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible so that your place may be offered to someone else.
Full payment is due at time of registration and can be made with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, cash or check. For personal checks: Full payment must be received prior to processing your registration. There is a $25 charge for checks returned for insufficient funds.Cancellations must be received by email at email@example.com.
If you find yourself unable to attend an event, please alert us as soon as possible. You may transfer your registration to another student at no charge – but this information must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 8 hours prior to the event.
- Cancellations 30 or more days prior to start of an event will receive a full refund in the original form of payment.
- Cancellations 10-30 days prior to start of an event can receive either a partial refund* or studio credit* (*less a 25% processing fee).
- Cancellations 9-2 days prior to start of an event can only receive a partial studio credit to their DYC account (less a 25% processing fee).
- No refunds are available for no shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the start of the event.
- No credit or refund is available if you do not show up, or if you leave an event early for any reason.
Dallas Yoga Center reserves the right to cancel any program at any time. In this event, you will be given a complete refund.
Please arrive 30 minutes before the workshop is scheduled to begin so that we can complete registration and begin the session on time.
Teacher Training Cancellation Policy
200Hr Teacher Training Program-For those accepted into the course, full refund minus a $350 processing fee will be given until two weeks before the first module. After first module there will be no refunds.
300Hr Teacher Training Program-For those accepted into the course, full refund minus a $350 processing fee will be given until two weeks before your first module. After first module there will be no refunds. For those attending for CEU’s, refer to the DYC workshop cancellation policy.
Private Lessons Booking & Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy: Credit Card required to book a private lesson.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund if cancellation received with 24 hours, full payment required thereafter. Written cancellation sent to email@example.com is required.
Membership Cancellation Policy
After your first three months, you may cancel at any time with 30 days written notice

. If you do not cancel, your membership will continue to be billed at the monthly payment rate.
Membership Suspension: Every member is given a 30-day suspension each calendar year for injury or travel with written notice to email@example.com.
Class and Retail Return Policy
Class packages, 1-month pass, drop-in’s and intro-offers are not eligible for refund. Retail products must be accompanied by a receipt within 30 days of purchase, be unused, and in sell-able condition. No returns on yoga mats or towels. Sale priced items are not returnable.
