Sandi M.

Sandi has been practicing yoga since 2002 and has been teaching since 2010. She was trained in the Sivananda hatha yoga lineage – and received her 200 hour certification through their teaching program. She also thoroughly enjoys both teaching and exploring a wide variety of yoga traditions as a path to the self.

Sandi believes in incorporating yoga in all aspects of her work and lifestyle. Sandi is a licensed clinical social worker and is a practicing psychotherapist and health care administrator. She feels that the depth of self-reflection and transformation in yoga help create a more balanced and holistic approach to dealing with the stress we encounter in our daily lives.

Sandi creates a warm and positive energy in her classes and approaches yoga from a total body, mind and spirit perspective. She often incorporates meditation, readings and music in her classes and encourages students to enjoy the journey of their yoga practice. Sandi feels blessed to have found yoga and has found it amazingly transformative! She loves to share this gift of yoga with her students.
