Lynn began practicing yoga as an exercise activity in 2003, and it progressively changed her wellbeing and outlook in life. It was through consistent practice of yoga that Lynn’s mind began to shift. Her mindfulness in practice allowed her to discover a sense of compassion and inner peace that affected her on and off the mat. Inspired by this journey, Lynn works with students with hopes that they find their own sense of wellbeing through the practice of yoga.
Lynn is a 200 hour registered Yoga Alliance instructor and certified personal trainer. Working with a people is a true passion for Lynn, and her intuition and knowledge in yoga allows her to work compassionately and comfortably with diverse groups of students. She specializes in Hatha Yoga from the Kripalu lineage, and she teaches in the various forms of vinyasa flow, chair yoga, partner yoga, gentle yoga, yoga nidra, and restorative yoga.

Sound Healing Meditation
Experience the healing power of sound through chanting, toning, mantra, with singing bowls or harmonium. Connect the breath & sound to create a deeply relaxed meditative state. Discussion of principles included. All levels.
Session begins with a short guided meditation - using visualization and breath awareness to calm and center the mind to reduce stress. These techniques can be integrated into a daily meditation practice to use in your daily life.
Navigate the depths of your consciousness using mindfulness techniques pared with yogic insights. This class will begin with gentle movement to open the neck, shoulders and hips followed by concentrated breath work to help ease you into a deeper meditation. Guided imagery and prompts will assist you to concentrate and facilitate your individual healing and calm the intensity of the mind. This class is great for beginners or anyone looking to deepen their mediation practice. This class ends with a focused relaxation so you leave feeling refreshed, renewed and balanced.
All levels welcome; previous background in meditation is not needed to begin.

Allows students to re-educate movement patterns, as well as increase body intelligence and awareness with yoga postures. In this class modifications and props are used generously in order to target specific injuries or concerns. Poses are mostly passive with some core stabilization. The aim is to learn how to adapt and modify postures in order to best serve each individual. This class is recommended for those working to recover range of motion from prior injuries, learning how to intelligently re-engage after full recovery from surgery, and older students needing to modify their practice.
This class is appropriate for students who have been released from their doctor’s care and have completed physical therapy. Parameters for participation include: the ability to get up and down off the floor without assistance, freedom from medical devices, and no active disc issues. Students with joint replacements may need a private session prior to joining series to learn modifications specific to their replacement and range of motion.
