Meditation & Pranayama


This class is taught by:
This is a 60-minute meditation class which will teach a variety of techniques, both basic and advanced but will make special allowance for beginning meditators. Each session will include a led pranayama (breath practice) session and may or may not include some necessary stretching movements. Come with a willingness to sit and an openess to learn.
